Phil is Director at Seven Capital’s media business Seven Media.
His specialism is in the niche £1 billion per annum Out of Home (OOH) advertising sector, where it overlaps with real estate. Phil has developed over 100 different out of home media sites in the UK, used by the world’s largest brands such as Samsung and Apple.
Since joining the team in September 2013 he has developed the largest temporary advertising hoarding in the UK and developed three ‘full motion’ digital OOH screens on the roadside adding £2.1m value to clients’ holdings. With his unique insight into the world of media Phil is able to assist with all types of branding, media architecture, new site development, investment and strategic asset management.
Phil has obtained a Post Graduate Certificate (2012), Post Graduate Diploma (2013) and Msc (2016) in Real Estate at the College of Estate Management, University of Reading (with a specialism in Real Estate Economics, Valuation, Corporate Finance, Portfolio Analysis, and Development Appraisal).
