During Reservation

SevenCapital support our purchasers throughout the Reservation process and can recommend Independent Financial Advisors and lawyers to help you during your purchase journey.

During Build

If you’re buying off-plan property, we will keep you updated on the build progress throughout your journey.

Completion

In preparation for the completion of your property, SevenCapital’s solicitor will serve your 10-working day notice of legal completion to your legal representative. At this point you will be invited to book your property handover appointment. We will perform a thorough detailed inspection of your property to ensure the build, fittings and appliances are in full working order.

Handover

When you have legally completed, we will carry out the handover of your newly purchased property with you or your chosen representative. This includes a full walkthrough of the development, a rundown of how to use your new home’s appliances, and a Handover information pack. We will introduce you to the customer-built Seven Capital Information Hub where you can find everything you need to know about your property and utilise our online portal to report any issues covered under warranty.

Aftercare

Our dedicated Aftercare team is on hand to help with any issues that may arise after we have handed you the keys to your property.

Every property built by SevenCapital comes with a 10-year build warranty and a two-year defects warranty, which is provided by Checkmate. This offers our customers peace of mind when purchasing a SevenCapital property.

Our Information Hub ensures all residential purchasers can log any queries so that our team can resolve them quickly and efficiently. This also gives access to more information about the development and wider area.
