Granville Lofts Project Update – July 2018

After March’s update, we’re happy to share some significant progress updates for Granville Lofts in Birmingham.

The main roof is now water-tight and scaffolding will be removed imminently. On the interior side, plasterboards have been fitted to the walls of the first four floors while skimming works have commenced. The first floor is complete and the remaining floors are progressing well.

Installation of the stairs to parts of the communal areas have been completed while the remaining areas are due to be finished in the next few weeks.

Finally, lift installations are due shortly alongside kitchen and flooring fitting on the first floor. This will mark the beginning of each apartment really starting to take shape throughout the project.
