Graven Hill Project Update – July 2019

We are delighted to share with you the second build progress update for Graven Hill.

Over the past few months, excellent progress has been made on site with the ground works to all four blocks which are nearing completion. The timber frame erect is complete on blocks 1 & 4 and is now nearing completion on the other blocks, ready for roofing and window installation.

COMING UP NEXT

In the coming months, once the blocks are watertight, the works to the internal mechanical and electrical works will commence along with the interior fit of the building.

Phased completions are anticipated to commence from Spring 2020. We are providing these dates as guidance only and are subject to change in line with the building program. We will keep you updated with any changes in future project updates and our Customer Care team are on hand to answer any questions you may have and to ensure you are kept fully informed throughout the build period.
