Graven Hill Project Update – October 2019
Following July’s update, we are delighted to share with you the latest build progress update for Graven Hill.
Work to the site has continued at an excellent rate with the civil works of Block E nearing completion. The installation of the window and roofing works has been completed on E1 & E4 which ticks an essential milestone of the build progress: the building being watertight.
Timber erect has been completed on blocks E1 and E4 and will be complete on blocks E2 & E3 in the coming months. Carpentry first fix is underway on both E1 and E4, ready for the plastering works on the internal walls.
COMING UP NEXT
Phased completions are anticipated to commence from Spring 2020. We are providing these dates as guidance only as they’re subject to change in line with the building program. We will keep you updated with any changes in future project updates and our Customer Care team are on hand to answer any questions you may have, ensuring you’re kept fully informed throughout the build period.
