Madison House Project Update – June 2018
We’re delighted to share with you the latest update for Madison House, which has delivered significant progress since the last update in April.
Skimming on the first and second floor is due to be completed imminently while kitchen installations are due to commence on the second floor.
Electrical fixtures have been connected to the cables in all apartments on the second floor and water mains have been installed in all ground floor apartments.
Ground floor windows will be installed in the coming weeks, providing light and space to the apartment. External door installations will also take place during this time.
Finally, all street scaffolding will be removed as well as any scaffolding in the courtyard.
