New Eton House Project Update – September 2019
We are delighted to share with you the build progress update for New Eton House.
With the completion date fast approaching, September will see most of the plastering completed along with the installation of the lift. The final decorating touches are underway on the ground and first floors, while the tiling to the bathrooms and installation of the wardrobes on all levels is ongoing.

COMING UP NEXT
Coming up over the next months, flooring to the ground and 1st floors will be in progress along with mist coats to the 2nd floor. Kitchen installation will continue on the ground floor. In the coming weeks, we’re also pleased to announce there will be a new show apartment and marketing suite opening at New Eton House.
Phased completions are anticipated to commence from Q1 2020. These dates are provided as guidance only and they are subject to change in line with the build program. We will keep you updated with any changes in future project updates and our Customer Care team are on hand to answer any questions you may have and to ensure you are kept fully informed throughout the build period.
