Nexus Point Project Update – July 2019
Following April’s update, we are delighted to share with you the latest build progress for Nexus Point.
Over the past few months, excellent progress has been made on-site, the decoration works have been completed on apartments down to level 2 and are progressing well on the 1st and 2nd floors.
Carpets have been installed to apartments down to level 4 and the corridor decorations have been complete on levels 7 & 8 with plans to complete this in the coming months.
COMING UP NEXT
The construction company are currently working on the final decoration, snagging and rendering works to the external walls and are working on final commissioning for apartments.
Phased completions are anticipated to commence from October 2019. We are providing these dates as guidance only and are subject to change in line with the build program. We will keep you updated with any changes in future project updates.
