Here at SevenCapital we’re delighted to share with you the first build progress update for Nexus Point.

The construction site management team has reported that work has now commenced on the Birmingham development which is completely sold out.

Good progress has been made so far on the installation of scaffolding while temporary water and electricity supplies have already been installed.

While the build works are currently at a very early stage, we’re committed to keeping you informed and look forward to sharing further updates with you as the development progresses.
