Regency Place Project Update – July 2018

Following on from March’s update, we’re delighted to share with you the latest progress update for Regency Place.

Kitchen installations and flooring have been completed on the first floor – marking excellent progress as each apartment begins to take shape. The same installations are progressing well on the remaining floors.

Fire stopping works have been completed on the first and second floor, with work underway and moving quickly on floors three and four.

Scaffolding has been removed from certain sections of the development and the remainder is planned for removal in the near future.  The substation is also fully-energised and progress has been made on the roof coverings.
