Regency Place Project Update – March 2019

Following on from September’s update we’re happy to share with you the latest build progress for Regency Place.
We’re pleased to inform you that all apartment fitting out and decoration is now completed. Testing and commissioning of all services are ongoing and nearly completed.
The public highway works have been completed to Sand Pits and Edward Street with final surfacing works to the Edward Street entrances and the Basement parking areas.
Anticipated practical completion from April.
