SGUV Project Update – July 2018

Following on from our February update, we’re delighted to share more progress updates with you for St George’s Urban Village.
Window installations are currently underway at Summer House and Camden House while similar installations at Carver House, Tenby House and Dayus House have progressed excellently. These installations will provide a much needed aesthetic upgrade to the development while adding light and space to each apartment.
External brickwork has been completed in some areas of the development while internal skimming of the walls is continuing well in Tenby House and Dayus House.
Roofing works continue to move forward across the entire development and certain areas are now watertight.
Finally, scaffolding for Carver House and the courtyards of both Tenby and Dayus House will be removed imminently. Flooring works will then commence across certain areas of the entire development.
