SGUV Project Update – March 2019
Following on from October’s update, we’re delighted to share with you the latest build progress for St George’s Urban Village.
Carpets have been installed to all corridors and stairs at Carver, Tenby and Dayus House, while kitchens, canopies and balconies have also been installed with final snags being carried out.
Kitchen and bath installation at Summer House is now complete with final decorations progressing. Flooring and kitchen install is progressing well at Camden House whilst screed has been completed to all floors at Albion with kitchen and balcony installations ongoing.
Moreton House roof works have advanced with only minor areas to complete. Lift installation has commenced. Brick and roof works are now complete for the Town Houses at Moreton and Tenby Street South. Internal partitioning has commenced for the Tenby Street South Town Houses.
