SGUV Project Update – October 2018
Following July’s update, we are delighted to share with you the latest build progress for St George’s Urban Village.
Internal partitioning has commenced at Albion House and Camden House whilst mechanical, electrical and screed works have commenced at Moreton House.
Kitchen installations in Carver House, Tenby House and Dayus House are now almost complete with final decorations progressing. The window installations at Summer House are now complete to Pope Street with skimming works and kitchen installations ongoing.
Supporting structural works are ongoing to the Town Houses in Moreton Street and half of Tenby Street South with internal works due to commence to the remaining Town Houses.
Anticipated completion is currently from Quarter 1, 2019. Our Customer Care Team is on hand to answer any questions you may have and to ensure you are kept fully informed throughout the build period.
