St Martin’s Place Project Update – January 2020
Following on from October’s update, we are delighted to share with you the latest build progress for St Martin’s Place.
Over the past few months: construction has been completed to the top floor, windows have been fitted to all levels, floors have been laid across the development. In addition to this, roof covering has commenced on site.

COMING UP NEXT
By Q2 2020, the construction team will be working towards making all blocks watertight. Once this has been done, cranes will be dismantled from site and work will continue with the interior fit-out.
Fit-out will include screed floors, putting in of services and plastering works. Following this, installation of kitchens and bathrooms will commence throughout the remainder of the building.
Phased completion is anticipated to commence from Q2 2021. We are providing these dates as guidance only and are subject to change in line with the build program. We will keep you updated with any changes in future project updates.
