Following on from February’s update, we are delighted to share with you the latest build progress for St Martin’s Place.

Over the past few months, the first floor has been cast in place to Tennant Street, the drainage works have been completed, and the first layer of tarmac has been laid onto the car park. Along with this, the bin store has been cast and access has been formed.

COMING UP NEXT

In the coming month’s block work will commence to the ground and the internal walls will be set out for the ground and first floor. In addition to this work to the third floor will begin, with the casting on St Martin’s Street.

Phased completions are anticipated to commence from Quarter 2 2021.  We are providing these dates as guidance only and are subject to change in line with the build program.  We will keep you updated with any changes in future project updates.  Our Customer Care Team is on hand to answer any questions you may have and to ensure you are kept fully informed throughout the build period.
