St Martin’s Place Project Update – October 2019
Following June’s update, we are delighted to share with you the latest St Martin’s Place Project Update
Over the past few months, windows have been fitted and the installations are continuing on-site. All situ beams and stairs have been cast to level 3 along with the panels being erected to the 10th floor.
COMING UP NEXT
Plastering works on level 1 is progressing well with the kitchen fittings and floor finishes underway. In addition to this, the floor fit-out has progressed to the 6th floor on St Martin’s Street with the internal fit-out to commence to level 8. Roof finishes will commence at the Hotel block.
Phased completions are anticipated to commence from Quarter 2 2021. We are providing these dates as guidance only and are subject to change in line with the build program. We will keep you updated with any changes in future project updates.
