St Martin’s Place Project Update – October 2018

We’re very happy to share with you the first build progress update for St Martin’s Place.

Piling works have commenced and are now approximately 75% complete with initial construction of foundation works underway.

Excavation and clearing obstructions below ground are now complete.  The piling platform has been constructed and sheet piling to support the footpaths at the perimeter of the site is in place.

Anticipated completion is currently Quarter 2, 2021. Our Customer Care Team is on hand to answer any questions you may have and to ensure you are kept fully informed throughout the build period.
