St Martin’s Place Project Update – September 2020

Following on from our last update, we are delighted to share with you the latest build progress for St Martin’s Place.

Progress has been made on-site with the installation of lifts underway. All roof works to the development are now complete. Utility meters are currently been installed in each apartment and flooring works have commenced. Corridors in some parts of the building have been closed up and skimmed, while works are soon to begin on clearing the car park for the installation of the steel frame.

Phased completion is anticipated to commence from Q2 2021. We are providing these dates as guidance only and are subject to change in line with the build program.
