The Grand Exchange – February 2021 Update

We’re pleased to provide the latest update regarding our Bracknell-based development, The Grand Exchange:

As we mentioned in our November update, we can confirm that the foundation works have commenced at The Grand Exchange, a process that will continue until early Q2 2021.

This will be closely followed by the commencement of the underground drainage works which are planned to begin from the end of March.

The Grand Exchange Development Update

Once the foundation works are all in place, the concrete frame of the building will be constructed, finally giving shape to this flagship development.

It’s anticipated that the construction for The Grand Exchange will take 114 weeks. As always, we’ll be providing regular updates to show the progress of the development throughout the year.
