The Grand Exchange Update – April 2023

Further to our previous update, the development of The Grand Exchange in Bracknell is progressing well.

Window installation, balcony steelwork and installation has been completed throughout the development.

The Juliet balcony installation is progressing in conjunction with the removal of the scaffolding.

Internal works are progressing including decoration, tiling, kitchen installation, sanitary ware, and joinery.

Lifts are also installed, and the communal areas are progressing including the boarding of the wellness areas and reception.

Completion is anticipated mid-2023.
