The Grand Exchange Update – February 2023

The development of The Grand Exchange is progressing well.

The window installation is now largely complete with internal works including decoration, tiling, kitchen installation works commenced.

The communal areas are progressing with plastering to corridors, lift installation and balcony balustrade installation.

Severe cold weather and heavy rain during December 2022 and January 2023 has affected progress as completion is now anticipated mid 2023. We are providing this date as guidance only and it is subject to change in line with the build program.

Progress is on target for completion mid 2023
