Archway Campus
Archway Campus development in Islington is a site of historic importance, dating back to the late 1870s where it began its life as The Holborn and Finsbury Union Workhouse Infirmary.
Currently in consultation phase with the local community, SevenCapital plans to restore and redefine the site, preserving its rich heritage, introducing high quality new homes, improving public realm and green space and creating a positive impact on the local area.
Our proposals will sensitively restore existing heritage buildings and introduce complementary new development to introduce 230 new homes, including 50% affordable, new student accommodation and an element of flexible commercial space.
Keep up to date with consultation progress, view our proposals in full and send us your feedback on our consultation website.
