Klein’s Wharf

Klein’s Wharf is an underutilised brownfield site in a prime location alongside the River Thames and just minutes from Canary Wharf. The site represents the last remaining riverside development opportunity on the Isle of Dogs.

SevenCapital entered into an agreement with the landowners of Klein’s Wharf, on London’s Isle of Dogs, in August 2022 and have embarked on public consultations to determine the future of the site.

Subject to consultation outcomes and planning agreement, will deliver new homes alongside transformational public realm enhancements; new public open space, roof terraces and the opening up of the final piece of the Thames Pathway round the west of the Isle.
