Development of a 131 bed Premier Inn Hotel with associated ground floor retail units. Following receipt of detailed planning permission and the pre-let to Whitbread Plc, the hotel investment was sold to AVIVA Plc. The transaction was structured by way of a ‘forward-funding’ demonstrating SevenCapital’s ability to execute not only the planning and construction aspect but also complex disposal structures to institutional standards.
