Bal Sohal

Chairman

Bal is the founder and chairman of SevenCapital and an experienced investor in the hospitality and real estate sectors. Bal has considerable experience of complex real estate transactions, including deal structuring, financing and the successful monetisation of projects both in the UK and overseas.

Damien Siviter

Group Managing Director

Damien has more than 20 years of experience in residential real estate. Since joining SevenCapital, Damien has formulated and implemented the group’s residential investment strategy, which has included both fundraising and execution of agreed business plans across a current pipeline of over 5000 units. Through his drive, enthusiasm and thought leadership, Damien has been instrumental in some of the organisation’s major acquisitions. His ability to find value in large-scale mixed opportunities within major towns and cities is second to none.

Prior to joining SevenCapital, Damien successfully established his own residential development company. During that period Damien originated, secured planning permissions, constructed and sold in excess of 500 homes and apartments schemes along with a number of hotel development / investments.

Angus Michie

Managing director

Angus drives SevenCapital’s UK residential development strategy. Previously Divisional Chairman at Berkeley, where he spent in excess of 24 years, Angus specialises in identifying, planning and developing large-scale and complex city centre and mixed-use schemes in London. Angus is also non-executive director of a housing association.
