Construction continues to advance across the development. Structural works are progressing upward, with the concrete pour currently reaching Level 17. Containment is complete up to Level 3 and the building’s façade is taking shape as installation is progressing well.
At ground level, reinforcement works are nearing completion, complementing the successful completion of TC1 steelwork connecting Basement Levels 2 and 3, where rib deck installation is now in progress. The staircase is completed through to Level 12, supporting the project’s continued progress toward its next milestone.
Lift shaft concrete works are developing very well, alongside the installation of columns progressing along gridline 7–8, marking another step forward as the structure continues to take shape. Concrete pour is complete to Podium level, and rib decking to finish the connection between B2 and B3 underway.
Demolition works continue within the stair core, supported by scaffolding to ensure the safety of both workers and the public.
As the project transitions into its next phase, hoarding boxes are scheduled for removal in the coming weeks, allowing works to progress seamlessly. We are now entering into a period where heavy steel works will continue and look forward to further gridline updates soon.
2026 is off to a great start as 100 Kensington continues to take shape as a landmark development in one of London’s most prestigious Royal Boroughs. We are looking forward to more works continuing to take place.
