SevenHomes Acquires Keresley Site For 46 New Homes

SevenHomes, the regional housebuilder by SevenCapital Group, has acquired a 3.7 acre development site in Keresley, near Coventry to bring 46 new homes to the area.

Located off Tamworth Road close to Corley Village, the new development, named Keresley Fields, will feature a range of two- and three-bedroom terraced and three- and four-bedroom detached family homes, with a gross development value (GDV) of £12 million.

The new homes will offer an ideal semi-rural location to future homeowners, surrounded by open countryside with the city of Coventry just three miles away and easy access to key transport links, including the M6 motorway.

The acquisition is the latest feather in the cap for SevenHomes which has over recent months exchanged on four new development sites, as well as expanding its land team with three new appointments to focus on expanding the housebuilder across into the East Midlands.

The site is allocated for development within the Keresley SUE (Sustainable Urban Extension), which is designed to help meet the needs of the city for new housing.

SevenHomes will now prepare an application for planning for the new homes.
