SevenHomes Continues Expansion With Senior Planning Hire

SevenHomes has continued its expansion into the new year with a senior hire in its planning team.

Rosie Paget has joined the team, based on Birmingham’s Colmore Row, as Senior Planning Manager. Rosie joins from her previous role as Senior Development Manager at St Joseph, part of Berkeley Group, where she worked across the brand’s key Birmingham city centre developments alongside significant traditional housing developments of 500+ homes.

Overall, Rosie brings more than eight years of specialist planning experience to the business. Her role will be crucial in the processing of multiple housing applications across the full region covered by SevenHomes, as the company continues to ramp up its land acquisition drive.
