Customer Care Coordinator
After working as an Early Years Teacher for nearly four years, Caroline realised that teaching was not for her.
Caroline eventually began working in customer services for an energy company. She realised she had a passion for customer care and changed companies to work at SevenCapital. Caroline started work at the company as a Customer Care Administrator at the beginning of December 2018.
As a Customer Care Administrator, she works hard alongside her colleagues to update clients on their properties, provide assistance in mortgage referrals handle day-to-day queries all whilst striving to deliver excellent customer service.
