Working as a Property Manager at SevenCapital, Emma is responsible for overseeing the quality of the properties prior to completion to ensure that they meet SevenCapital’s high expectations. Once client’s complete the purchase of their new property, Emma also conducts the handover appointment with either the client or their chosen representative.
Emma has an abundance of knowledge relating to property; having worked in the private & public housing sectors for over 8 years. Prior to employment with SevenCapital, Emma worked in a Chartered Surveyors office in Birmingham as a Property Manager overseeing the management of a portfolio of residential lettings.
