Providing effective and efficient and a high standard of customer service for the after sales and hand over team, Assisting clients with any queries they may have regarding defects within their property after hand over and diagnosing the issue and identifying the contractor required. Making sure contractors have relevant supplies required for works to be carried out and keeping track of appointments and works due to be carried out. .I have worked in the property maintenance industry for around 12 years, managing a team of contractors, arranging their daily appointments, ordering any materials required and working closely alongside supervisors and managers, this has helped me expand on my knowledge of maintenance, repairs and identify any risks that could arise.
