Making sure contractors have relevant supplies required for works to be carried out and keeping track of appointments and works due to be carried out. .I have worked in the property maintenance industry for around 12 years, managing a team of contractors, arranging their daily appointments, ordering any materials required and working closely alongside supervisors and managers, this has helped me expand on my knowledge of maintenance, repairs and identify any risks that could arise.
