Customer Care Manager

Matt has been in customer service roles since he started his career at the age of 16 where he worked in the retail industry. From there, Matt worked in the Finance Industry, working at a large Building Society before going into the property industry at the age of 22 with an independent lettings agency. Matt progressed well during his time and was given a Managerial role at 25 years of age, overseeing the agency’s Property Management department, which handled approximately 500 rental properties. During this time Matt did the Level 3 NFOPP qualification. Since then Matt has held a managerial position with an National online Lettings firm and looked after a property portfolio of around 200 properties at an independent Property Management company.

Matt joined SevenCapital as Customer Care Manager in January 2018  He is responsible for overseeing the Customer Care team. The team proactively contact our clients with updates on the progress of the build of our new developments and guide our clients throughout the build process. Matt also liaises with our Mortgage brokers and Letting agents on SevenCapital’s panel and oversees the furniture and blinds packages, service and installations and liaising with the suppliers. Being customer facing throughout his entire career, Customer Service is a field that Matt is passionate about, experienced in and holds an NVQ Qualification in Customer Service.
