As Head of Customer Operations at Seven Capital, Mel is responsible for overseeing the client contact strategy through to property completion and handover, taking pride in the delivery of consistent excellent service, nurturing clients through every step of their journey.
With a passion for excellent service, and people development, Mel leads and supports the teams to go above and beyond to meet the needs of our customers.
Mel has in excess of 30 years Senior Management and Leadership experience in Operational and Customer Service roles, including 24 years within the Financial Services and Mortgage sector. Since joining Seven Capital, Mel has been instrumental in developing the company’s customer satisfaction strategy, including the implementation of a comprehensive client feedback process.
