Ollie Horner

Land Manager

Ollie is a driving factor behind SevenCapital’s venture into the London Land and Development market and brings with him a wide range of experience and contacts from his time at a large PLC housebuilder. Ollie’s motivation has always been acquiring development opportunities in which he leverages his experience across different size and scale entities and sectors, including spending some time in the student accommodation space. Ollie studied the BSc Real Estate course at the University of Reading where he graduated from in 2018, specialising in the asset management pathway with full optional housing modules.

Ollie’s role at SevenCapital comprises identifying, analysing and acquiring development opportunities for the business. Ollie consistently manages close relationships with landowners and agents within his London and south-east patch as well as outright searching for off-market opportunities. Other responsibilities include managing professional consultancy teams to devise deliverable proposals for sites, performing financial viability testing and conducting legal due diligence to inform bids. Asides from acquiring sites, Ollie is tasked with carrying sites through the planning process, with a hunger for optimising and securing planning consents.

He is actively seeking new development and land opportunities within London and strong peripheral regions for residentially led, mixed-use apartment schemes with GDV’s of £100m upwards. Build to Rent, Unconditional, Subject to Planning, Outline or Fully Consented and Joint Venture opportunities are all considered.
