New Bracknell Development The Grand Exchange Launches
Bracknell’s newest development, The Grand Exchange, has officially launched for investors. As part of the transformation of the Bracknell landscape, The Grand Exchange is an exciting, ultra-modern luxury residence. The most exciting development in a generation.
At the site of the former bus depot, the 155,000 sq.ft development of luxury residential apartments follows on from our acquisition of the location, another example of the transformation that is sweeping through the town.
The Grand Exchange will feature a mix of ultra-modern, loft-style studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments across ten floors, ranging in size from circa 450 sq.ft for a studio to 1,043 sq.ft for the largest two-bed.
Features within the development include a gym and vibrant communal areas including a residents’ garden room and co-working space. It will also include a bookable private event space for residents who want to entertain guests in an attractive restaurant-style setting, as well as bookable spa treatment rooms.
Residents will also have access to a dedicated concierge app, ensuring premium lifestyle amenities are always to hand. This app will feature exclusive premium offers for travel, shopping and dining while also allowing residents to book the exclusive facilities – ensuring the busiest professional is catered for.
The Grand Exchange will be a game changer for Bracknell, as part of a wider transformation worth more than £770 million of investment – raising the bar for luxury town centre apartment living.
Andy Foote, director at SevenCapital said: “This development is going to change the way people live in Bracknell, and it’s exciting. We’ve seen the trend for city centre living already surge in popularity across areas such as Birmingham and Manchester, and the trend has now started to filter into towns across the country, as more and more people realise the convenience it offers, notably easy access to transport, work and amenities.
“The Grand Exchange has been designed to meet the demand for community living – people want beautiful, versatile and sustainable spaces to live and work. Our development meets this need and we’re proud that it will have a significant impact on the fantastic transformation Bracknell is experiencing.”
The Grand Exchange will launch officially on Monday 13th May with 68 apartments available for off-plan purchase in this first phase release.
