Meet & Greet
Stage one in your journey is meeting with your investment consultant who will work with you to understand your requirements and preferences to ensure that we identify the investment opportunity that is right for you.
Our Progress Chasing team will liaise with solicitors to ensure the 28-day exchange timeframe is met and confirm legal exchange of contracts. At every stage they will maintain contact with you to assist with any queries.
You will be welcomed by our dedicated Customer Care team who will support you with finance, furniture and lettings arrangements, as well as providing you with regular updates on the development of your new property and any general queries.
In preparation for completion, your solicitor will serve your 10 working days’ notice of legal completion, and you will be invited to book your property handover appointment. During this stage your property will be subject to a thorough inspection to ensure it’s in perfect condition and all your fittings and appliances are in full working order.
Your handover appointment will last 90 minutes, during which we will hand over your keys and give you a detailed demonstration of your property, talk through your handover information pack and introduce you to our dedicated online Client Information Hub where you can access full information about your property, local area and easily report any issues.
Following the handover of your property, our dedicated Aftersales team will be on hand to help with any issues that may arise, to give you total peace of mind and guarantee that you’re being looked after even after your purchase.
