SevenCapital Development Update – November 2020

As we enter the final months of 2020, we thought it’d be a good time to reflect on the progress that we’ve made in a challenging year. From completed developments to those still in progress, we’re still delivering quality products across the UK ready for investment. This is the SevenCapital development update for November 2020.

GRAVEN HILL

Our Oxfordshire development, Graven Hill Apartments, continues to be an integral part of the largest self-built town in the UK. Comprising 104 apartments located just outside of Bicester, all offering panoramic views of beautiful countryside, Graven Hill Apartments is one of our most unique and exciting developments.

Structurally, the installation of the roof is almost complete, closely followed by the fitting of the windows throughout the development.

Work on the stairs and lifts has continued, while external and basement work is set to finish in the coming months.

Finally, 90% of the decorating and floor laying is complete. The full process will be completed in the coming months alongside the fitting of the bathrooms and kitchens.

THE METALWORKS

The Metalworks Update September 2020

The Metalworks is set to be a new landmark for Slough when it completes. A stunning development at the heart of a bustling commuter belt hotspot, the two blocks that make up The Metalworks are the last word in luxury – providing exclusive community living for a new generation of executive tenants.

Carpentry, tiling and electrical work within the development are complete on the 1st floor, with work on the second floor now continuing. Roof works are also nearly complete and due to be finished in the coming months.

Decorating started in June and is making excellent progress, alongside kitchen installations, which are complete on the 2nd floor and continuing at a pace on the other floors.

Birmingham’s most exclusive luxury development continues to be the most exciting proposition in the city. Located at the heart of one of the city’s most sought-after postcodes, St Martin’s Place is made up of 228 exquisitely designed apartments, all available with services from the nearby Park Regis hotel – a first of its kind for the residential sector.

Progress has been made on-site with the installation of lifts underway. All roof works to the development are now complete. Utility meters are currently been installed in each apartment and flooring works have commenced. Corridors in some parts of the building have been closed up and skimmed, while works are soon to begin on clearing the car park for the installation of the steel frame.
