First Reveal Of New Apartments At Bracknell’s No.1 Thames Valley
Leading UK property developer SevenCapital has revealed the first interior images of its new Bracknell development, No.1 Thames Valley.
Located on the western side of Bracknell along Wokingham Road, near the town centre and £270million shopping centre The Lexicon, the 75,293 sq ft property was acquired by SevenCapital in May 2019 with permitted development rights in place.
SevenCapital has since set to work to transform the former commercial building into a stunning development of 130 luxury and spacious executive suites and one-bedroom apartments.
The development is already proving popular, with buyers snapping up apartments ahead of its completion date just weeks after it officially launched to market.
