Property, Politics & The Pound – Event Round Up

On Monday 17^th February 2020 we had the pleasure of hosting the Property, Politics & The Pound seminar at the Capital Club, Dubai.

At the event we shared our UK property market predictions for the year ahead, following Brexit and the recent general election as well as examining how international investors can take advantage of current UK market conditions to maximise return on investment.

SevenCapital’s Head of Middle East & North Africa (MENA), Johnny Conran and Senior Investment Consultant, Elliot Rowe, provided information on UK growth hotspots and two of our recent launches – New Eton House and The Grand Exchange.

Hiten Ganatra, Director of Visionary Finance also provided mortgage advice for overseas buyers and shared how Visionary Finance are successfully securing mortgages from UK banks specialising in lending to foreign nationals and UK expats across the MENA region.

The seminar gave guests the chance to network with like-minded individuals and our Property Consultants were on hand to answer any questions about international investment into the UK.
