SevenCapital expands business to Singapore

Leading UK property investment and development company SevenCapital has opened for business in Singapore, operating from a soon-to-launched central office.

Led by Jordan Edwards, who has been appointed Sales Director South East Asia, the new office will be based in Central Singapore when it opens officially on 22nd January and is the latest international office opened by SevenCapital as it continues to expand its reach globally.

SevenCapital is one of the largest privately-owned real estate investment and development companies in the UK, operating across residential, commercial and hospitality sectors.

Since launch, the group has built an exciting portfolio of projects with a value in excess of £2 billion, spanning more than 7 million square feet in key cities such as Birmingham and up and coming and high growth regions in the South East.

Jordan Edwards commented: “UK property is an attractive investment for Singaporeans due to its relative affordability in comparison to domestic opportunities, its good track record of growth and its market stability.

“Whilst there has been some uncertainty over the past couple of years which has caused some hesitation amongst buyers, the recent election has returned some of this certainty, particularly around Brexit. This will no doubt be reflected in the housing market as we are already seeing an uplift in enquiries and indeed in the pace of the market itself.
