We’re always looking for new opportunities with tangible business plans or those simply presenting value against today’s market pricing.
We are open to acquiring land valued at up to £200m+ GDV for residential and apartment-led mixed-use schemes, with or without planning. Ideally located in London or strong surrounding towns within the commuter belt, land that is subject to planning or unconditional opportunities will also be considered.
