The Grand Exchange Update: September 2023

The development of The Grand Exchange is progressing well.

The external insulated render and rainscreen cladding are nearing completion.

All Juliet balconies have been installed and the scaffolding to the majority of the building has now been removed.

The internal works are progressing within the apartments, the kitchen installations are nearing completion, floor finishes and decorations are continuing.

The communal areas are continuing to progress with the installation of the floor, walls, and ceiling finishes.

The external works are progressing in the courtyard area and landscaping works are on-going to the Southern boundary.

Completion

The wet summer has continued to affect progress, particularly to the external insulated render and completion is now anticipated for Quarter 4 of 2023.

We are providing this date as a guidance only and it is subject to change in line with the build program.
