Our key areas of activities are clearly defined across three vertical divisions: City Centre Apartments, Commercial Development & Investment and Residential Housing Land.
Strategic Land
Our requirements for land type include any industrial, retail, commercial or leisure spaces.
We’re looking for anywhere between 30,000 sq ft and 500,000 sq ft. This could include industrial investments with refurbishment potential, surplus development space or mixed-planning uses. We’re also open to retail property on short-term leases or with redevelopment potential alongside office investments that have refurbishment potential or office sites suitable for development.
