Our dedicated Aftersales team is on hand to help with any issues that may arise after we have handed you the keys to your property. Clients have access to the SevenCapital Information Hub which provides useful information about your apartment and appliances and enables you to report issues directly to the Aftersales Team.

Every property built by SevenCapital comes with a 10-year build warranty and a two-year defects warranty, which is provided by Checkmate. This offers customers peace of mind when purchasing a SevenCapital property.

Welcome to the SevenCapital Information Hub

The SevenCapital Information Hub has been created to provide a wealth of information on each development, the apartments and its surrounding area.

The online Information Hub allows users to log in to a specific development with a secure password accessible to our customers, tenants and letting agents. It enables users access to information on the specification of the apartment, as well as providing helpful demonstration videos on appliances, and the care and maintenance of the apartment.

Not only does this online tool provide you with an abundance of relevant information, it also enables you to report any issues that may occur on the rare occasion. Troubleshooting guides are also provided to assist with easy and effective resolution of issues.

Your apartment is covered under the Checkmate Warranty for the first two years after the effective date. Items covered are as follows:

The building is covered under the Checkmate Warranty for 10 years until the expiry date. Item covered are as follows:

  • Foundations
  • External render
  • Roof
  • Fire safety
  • Sanitation, hot water safety and water efficiency
  • Drainage and waste disposal
  • Glazing- safety in relation to impact, opening and cleaning
