As Senior Land Manager, Aaron specialises in brownfield regeneration and the acquisition of complex urban and suburban sites. Having joined the business from Taylor Wimpey in Leicester, Aaron brings more than ten years’ housebuilding industry experience to the team, the latter half focusing on the East Midlands.
Aaron has a unique skillset for a Land Buyer which spans a BA Hons degree in architecture, experience working at an estate agent, before starting his career in land acquisition acquiring commercial buildings for the development and operation of student accommodation. As such Aaron offers a balanced and commercial approach to land buying which will prove highly beneficial for SevenHomes.
