The Quadrant Project Update – July 2018

Since our last update in April, we are delighted to share with you the latest progress update for The Quadrant in Birmingham.

External brickwork and window installations have commenced – as the development’s striking exterior begins to take shape. Works to the staircases in communal areas is also progressing well and lift shafts are in the early stages.

Concrete slabs have been laid in the courtyard – providing the foundations of a distinctive exterior area and shuttering supports are now in place.

The Quadrant at a glance
