Following our October update we are pleased to inform you of the progress on site at Fabrick Square;
The construction company Colmore Tang has confirmed that the window installations are 90% complete. The steel works are being finalised in the original block and 1st and 2nd fix works are progressing across the development.
Externally, roofing works are almost complete, scaffolding has begun to come down and the ducts for external services are going in.
