Graven Hill Project Update Queen’s House & St Catherine’s House- February 2020

Following October’s update, we are delighted to share with you the latest build progress for Graven Hill- Queen’s House & St Catherine’s House.

Over the past few months, the initial stage of the carpentry has been completed on both blocks with secondary stages carpentry nearing conclusion. Internal plastering works are almost completed, and the site team have begun work on the mechanical and electrical components for the apartments.

The exterior brickwork to St Catherine’s House and Queen’s House is in full progress.

COMING UP NEXT

Over the coming months, the site team will be working to complete the finishing carpentry work alongside the plastering.

Phased completions are anticipated to commence from the end of Q2 2020. We are providing these dates as guidance only and they are subject to change in line with the building program. We will keep you updated with any changes in future project updates and our Customer Care team are on hand to answer any questions you may have and to ensure you are kept fully informed throughout the build period
