Regency Place Project Update – September 2018

After our last update in July, we’re delighted to share with you the latest progress update for Regency Place.

Plastering is ongoing to the 3rd and 4th floors, with the majority of windows fitted throughout. Lift installation works are continuing, while second fix carpentry has commenced to the 5th, 6th and 7th floors. Electrical works have continued to the 2nd and 3rd floors.

Kitchen installations continue throughout the development with drainage works now finalised. Floor laying and wall tiling has commenced on the 5th and 6th floors.
